Stoney Acres Farm Pizza Night

Dairyland Delight Cheese – Stoney Acres fresh ground whole wheat dough, sauce from our tomatoes and herbs, with Nasonville Mozzarella Cheese.

Stoney Sausage – Our Pasture-Raised Pigs flavored with our recipe of salt, pepper, organic fennel seed and maple syrup.

Hot Sausage – A spicy version of Stoney Sausage that features a mix of hot peppers.

Stoney Pepperoni – Our pastured Pork, Beef; Flavored with organic seasoning and our maple syrup. Dry aged by Geiss Meats in Merrill.

Big V Energy – Roasted Eggplant, Red Onions, Fennel, Peppers.

Ben Franklin’s Soaking Food – Stoney Sausage, Onions, Ajued Oyster Mushrooms, Peppers.

The Scapegoat – Bacon, Chevre Goat Cheese, a drizzle of garlic scape and Basil pesto, fried garlic scape.

The Karen Filippelli – Bacon, drizzle of garlic sauce.

Bleu Oyster Cult – Sausage, Mushroom, Bleu Cheese, Garlic Sauce.

The Frondzarelli – Sausage, Ajued Oyster Mushrooms, Roasted Fennel, Garlic Sauce, Parm in Post.

Ramona the Pesto – Flecked ham, roasted cherry tomatoes, shaved Parm from Harmony Dairy.

Meat N’ Heat – Pepperoni, Flecked Ham, Sausage, with as much or as little of Stoney Acres Flavorful hot sauce as you’d like.

Additional ingredients are $4. Our pizzas are made with our own certified organic wheat, vegetables and mushrooms and grassfed/pastured meats. We use all local and Wisconsin artisan cheeses. We provide 12 inch gluten free crusts. All half and half pizzas other than ½ cheese are $29 and not included in the pizza and pitcher special.
