Whilst sitting in the drive-thru waiting for our order, we overheard staff in the kitchen screaming at each other.

Sandwich could of been alittle warmer, but good flavor, fries were nice and hot, restaurant and bathrooms were clean, things seem along better from about a year ago

Had a friend pick up breakfast. A large soda was ordered, but never actually given. They also reported the person at the counter was being a jerk. The food tastes good, but I don’t think I want to return if the service will be like this.

I haven’t eaten at a Hardee’s in years, but stopped on the way out of town to get breakfast for myself and my children. Your associate, Taylor, overheard me telling my three year old that he needed to wait for his orange juice until we stopped. She offered an empty cup so he could have it right away. I’m so grateful when people don’t treat my children like a problem to endure. Taylor absolutely made my day, and the service we received was exemplary.

The smell of the place was nasty. Their credit card system didn’t work so I had to go inside. I ordered a number 8 with the bacon ranch fries for a side. She never asked if I wanted to upsize. No napkins or fork. And the bacon ranch fries looked like this.
